LFI process
The LFI roving is chopped into requested length. Then the mixture of chopped strands, Isocyanate, polyol and other fillers is sprayed onto an open mold. The mold is then closed, heated compressed to form the finished parts.
The equipment is “chopper gun ” or “spray-up gun”
The finished products are containing rich resins,a gelcoated always apply on the surfaces,and different shape or complex geometry request product can be reached.
