RTM process
The reinforcement fabrics are placed into the middle of male and female mold which has been treated by the releasing agent. Then the resin mixture is injected into the mold under the pressure and impregnate the reinforcements. The products will be formed and cured under the controlled temperature.
Vacuum assisted RTM.
To make resin transferring is easy for RTM process, the vacuum assisted device can be adopted. This leads the negative pressure and helps to lower the pressure and shorten injection time.
