Pultrusion process is for producing pultrude parts. is a simple and continuous process.the reinforcing continuos, fiber,mats will pass through via a hot resin bath,then guide to heated dies ,the product will go through the specific shapes or curves.
Even colorful polyester surface veils will bring differnt pattern surface.
The products are finally formed and shaped under high temperature condition and then cut to be designed length.
Materials involved: direct roving, stitch mat, stitched combined mat, polyester veil etc.
