Fiberglass roving is wound onto a mandrel under tension through a resin mixture basin in a geometric patterns to build up the body which is then cured to form a pipe

------ Continuous filament winding process
The filament winding production method is with the advantage that material consumption costs are low,and economic.
If choose continuous filament winding process can reacha highly automated production capacity.
Multiple layers, composition of fiberglass mat, fiberglass chopped roving and resin are wound onto a rotating mandrel, which is made from a steel band continuously moving in spiral form. The composite is heated and cured in place when it goes through the line. Then the composite pipe is cut according to requested length by a cutting device.
Materials involved: mylar, fiberglass tissue, chop roving, direct roving, polyester net etc.
