New technology produces new life for wasted composite parts

With the worldwide usage of FRP composite parts, it comes to people’s consideration how to use the wasted composites. Traditional technology is focusing to change the composite part into its original components, such as resin or fiberglass.  But for thermoset plastic, it is impossible to process by such way.  A new technology is crashing the composite parts to be pieces or strips or powers. Then these crashed pieces will be added into the production of new composite parts.  It is recycled and used again.
 
Don’t be afraid the quality with the products by used materials. The strength and other performances have been tested in some fields in Holland in 2017. It is proved that the outcome is very positive under variety of weather situation.
 
Considering sustainable development, recycle economy is very important. Now the new technology of recycle concerning FRP composite gives a big space for FRP products development.
